Tottenham are hopeful that Christian Eriksen will be the next star player to sign an extension with the club, according to the Evening Standard.
Spurs inked Dele Alli to a new deal on Tuesday and would like to lock down another midfield star in the near future.
The club have been in talks with Eriksen since last season on extending his current deal, which runs through 2020, but have failed to find the right terms to get a new deal done.
