Arsenal centre-back Laurent Koscielny is closing in on a new contract with the Gunners, according to L’Equipe.
The France international joined Arsene Wenger’s side in 2010 from Lorient and has established himself as a regular at the Emirates Stadium. As such, Arsenal wish to tie him down to a long-term deal and terms have been agreed on a contract that will run until 2020.
Koscielny is currently under a deal that expires at the end of the season, yet he wishes to finish his career at Arsenal.
The extension to the 31-year-old’s deal could even be announced before Wednesday’s Champions League meeting with Paris Saint-Germain.
