Kelechi Nwakali Heads Out Of Arsenal On Loan

Nigerian youngster Kelechi Nwakali has joined MVV Maastricht on loan from Arsenal. The second-tier Dutch club confirmed the move on their website on Wednesday, hailing the arrival of the former Golden Eaglets captain.
"Attacking midfielder Kelechi Nwakali has been added to the selection by MVV Maastricht," the club announced on their official website.
 "After Stefan O'Connor, Nwakali is the second player from Arsenal to join MVV Maastricht on loan up to the end of the current season.
"The 18-year-old Nwakali is under contract until June 2012 with the English Premier League club. He was acquired by Arsenal at the start of the transfer period of the Diamond Football Academy in Nigeria.
MVV coach Ron Elsen said on Nwakali: "Kelechi is a multifunctional attacking midfielder with scoring ability and a nose for the final pass.

The former U-17 Golden Eaglets skipper signed for Arsenal two months ago, joining on a long term contract.
