The Nigerian is back at the Emirates Stadium today for an Arsenal legends match, and has
been tearing it up against visitors Milan with three well-taken goals.
Kanu was not the most prolific scorer during his playing career with the Gunners, but he
certainly seemed confident he’d have a good day today when he spoke ahead of the match
earlier this week.
In a question-and-answer session with Arsenal fans on Twitter, Kanu was asked how many
he’d score on his return to north London.
His response: ‘It’s all about having fun for a good cause. That said, I reckon I could score
three goals!’
Let’s hope Kanu is available to give us the Lottery numbers after the game…
