Hull City maintain their perfect start in their return to the Premier League with a 2-0 win away at Swansea City thanks to late goals from Shaun Maloney and Abel Hernandez.
Swansea had the better chances to open the scoring as Eldin Jakupovic was forced into an impressive save within the first ten minutes, but Hull regrouped to contain the hosts in the first 45 minutes.
The Tigers, who felt they should have had a penalty right at the end of the first half when Robert Snodgrass was felled in the box, pushed forward more in the second half as the Scotland international started to influence proceedings more.
They got the goal they deserved when Curtis Davies' header from a corner found Maloney lurking and he made no mistake to give his side the lead. As Swansea pushed for the equaliser they were caught on the counter and Maloney found Hernandez, who calmly slotted home.
