Chelsea are set to make a £32 million bid for Paris Saint-Germain defender David Luiz just two years after they sold him for £50m, according to The Daily Mail.
The Brazil international joined the French champions in 2014 from the Stamford Bridge side, setting a new record transfer fee paid for a defender.
Chelsea are in the hunt for a new centre-back, but their pursuits of Serie A defenders Kalidou Koulibaly and Alessio Romagnoli have been fruitless.
The newspaper reports the Premier League side approached PSG for their defender Marquinhos only to be turned away, and have subsequently set their sights on bringing David Luiz back.
