PSG Ready to sign Messi, money not a problem, says Pastore

Hehe, Javier Pastore says Paris Saint-Germain are ready to make a move for Lionel Messi if the Barcelona attacker were to become available and claims money would not be a problem.

I doubt Messi will leave Barcelona for any other club in Europe, atleast not until their transfer ban is over. Anyways anything can happen sha. Read what Pastore said after the cut and tell us what you think?


"If Messi were to leave Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain's owner will be right there to strike a deal," Pastore was quoted as saying by TyC Sports.

"Money will not be a problem. The club has the resources to buy a number of Messis."

Messi has a contract with Barcelona until the summer of 2018, but has a buyout clause of €250 million.

The 27-year-old attacker has been in sublime form in 2014-15, netting 23 goals in as many appearances in all competitions.

He was crowned all-time top scorer of both La Liga and the Champions League earlier this season, though he remains second-favourite behind Cristiano Ronaldo in the race for the 2014 Ballon d'Or.
