For me this guy is not even in the top 5 best strikers in the world,as i would rate Luis Suarez,Zlatan Ibrahimovic,Diego Costa,Robert Lewnadoski,Falcao ahead of him in no particular order,he misses too many chances to be considered the best striker in the world.

Cavani, who was sent off in controversial circumstances following his goal celebration against Lens at the weekend, aimed his imaginary gunshot into the ground after he scored in Cyprus and stressed that this was so that there was no chance of a booking this time around.
"The most important thing for a striker is to score and the most important thing for the team was to advance in the Champions League," the ex-Napoli forward mused.
"My gesture after the goal was due to my decision to not be misunderstood. Regarding my sending off, we all have the right to make mistakes. We're all human beings. The TV footage is clearly in my favour.
"It was not meant with bad taste, it was misunderstood. I'm simply working hard to perform well and help my team."
Cavani was booked for his trademark celebration at Lens before then being sent off for protesting the referee's decision.
