Real Madrid have turned their focus in their coaching search toward Valencia boss Marcelino, claims Don Balon.

Blancos president Florentino Perez is an admirer of Marcelino, whom he views as a leader with character, who is capable of controlling a dressing room. 

With Antonio Conte all but out of the picture and Mauricio Pochettino potentially hard to get, Marcelino could be the man at the Bernabeu.
