New West Ham manager David Moyes has been given permission to offload record signing Marko Arnautovic, according to the Daily Mirror.
Slaven Bilic broke the club's transfer record to sign the winger for £25m, but the Austria international has failed to impress since his move. As a result, the club's board are happy for Moyes to make changes to his squad including selling the 28-year-old just six months after signing him.
