Arsenal and Manchester City want to sign Ajax midfielder Frenkie de Jong in a £5 million deal in the January transfer window, claims The Sun .
De Jong, who appeared as a substitute in last season’s Europa League final against Manchester United, is also being watched by Chelsea.
But Arsenal and City head the chase for the 20-year-old, and have already been in contact with Ajax about a potential deal in the New Year.
