Liverpool and Tottenham are ready to battle it out for French midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia, according to the Daily Mail .
The 24-year-old has impressed on loan at Valencia at the start of the 2017-18 season, having been allowed to leave Inter on a temporary deal to join the Liga side in the summer.
And the Premier League duo have apparently already sent scouts to watch the midfielder, with a view to signing the former Monaco man.
