Liverpool have redoubled their efforts to sign Netherlands international Quincy Promes, claims TransfermarketWeb.
The 25-year-old, currently on loan at Spartak Moscow from Twente, was a target at Anfield back in 2016, but is back in their plans despite being on a long-term deal at the Eredivisie club.
