Barcelona are keeping tabs on Tottenham and England star Dele Alli, according to SPORT.
The report claims the Blaugrana still want to sign Liverpool ace Philippe Coutinho but have identified Alli - who has also been linked with Real Madrid and Manchester United - as a possible alternative.
