Arsenal are on the trail of Hirving Lozano and have sent chief scout Steve Rowley to watch the PSV Eindhoven winger, reports the Daily Mail.
Lozano only joined PSV in the summer after also being linked with Manchester City and the Mexico international could be available for £20 million after making an impressive start to his Eredivisie career.
