Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is ready to raid former club Barcelona to sign midfielder Sergi Roberto in the January transfer window, claims Don Balon .
Roberto has a €40 million release clause in his contract and he wants a new deal to reflect his increased role in the first-team squad.
