Whatever the surface it seems that Dani Alves and Neymar won't be fazed when it comes to strutting their stuff.

The Brazilian duo are used to gracing grass with their footballing skills for their country and respective clubs - however, they're equally adept on grass.

Alves took to Instagram on Monday night to post a video of Neymar and himself enjoying a game of beach volleyball - with a slight twist.

The pair were all smiles as Neymar's clever header won them a point

And the smile was still evident as they prepared to serve ahead of the next point

Teaming up together, the pair can be seen using their feet to control the ball, as well as other body parts, during their doubles encounter.

And just like the majority of their days together at Barcelona, and still at Brazil, Neymar and Alves are victorious as they celebrate winning the point.

Neymar and Alves have been in close company recently - with both attending Lionel Messi's wedding on June 30.

However, the pair could face each other in Europe once more with Alves set to join Manchester City.

The 34-year-old is set to link up with Pep Guardiola again at the Etihad Stadium but attracted interest from across Europe including from Premier League rivals Chelsea.

Alves terminated his contract at Juventus this summer with the intention of seeking a new challenge and City, with his former Barcelona manager Guardiola at the helm, are primed to benefit.
