Dimitar Berbatov expertly re-enacts scene from The Godfather

Dimitar Berbatov could be destined for a new career in acting when he retires from football after a video emerged of him expertly portraying a scene from his favourite movie, The Godfather.
Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand once claimed Berbatov would make a perfect mafia boss in the iconic film and the 36-year-old striker appears to agree after taking on the role of Don Vito Corleone, famously played by Marlon Brando in the 1972 Oscar winner, to promote an upcoming charity match.
The former Red Devils striker, who is currently without a club after leaving Greek club PAOK last summer, also roped in his seven-year-old daughter to help out with the video, which is being used to promote the game against Luis Figo's All-Star XI on June 14.

Berbatov - dressed in a black suit complete with red pocket flower - hears a request from his daughter for tickets to the match, while stroking his Premier League Golden Boot trophy from the 2010-11 campaign.
He then proceeds to lecture her in a mock Italian-American accent while the movie's iconic soundtrack plays in the background.
The former Bulgaria international took to social media to promote the video on Monday.
