The newly promoted side to the Nigerian Premier league, ABS have been impressive, and their coach Henry Makinwa couldn't hide his joy.
ABS head coach, Henry Makinwa says he is proud of the way his team following their 1-0 win over Wikki Tourists on Sunday.
Victory over the Giant Elephants meant that the Ilorin-based outfit jumped up to third in the NPFL table.
Mohammed Mohammed's first-half goal against Wikki Tourists secured the Saraki Boys their fifth home win of the season.
"I was interested in seeing my boys improve in every department. We showed why we love pressing and squeezing against tough oppositions,"
"You could see we were a little tense in the first half, but the lads gave me an important response and I am proud of how they are playing at this stage of the season.
"After the break we even pushed for another goal. We couldn't get it but preserved our lead."
ABS will now face Enugu Rangers at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium on Wednesday.
"Our attention has been shifted to the game with Rangers in Enugu. Hopefully we can impose ourselves on them (Rangers) and see what happens."
