Liverpool moved level on points with Arsenal in second place in the Premier League table after a comfortable 3-0 win over Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium.

Adam Lallana opened the scoring for the visitors, heading home Nathaniel Clyne’s cross at the far post after 29 minutes.

The England international then turned provider after the break teeing up Divock Origi who slotted home to double the Reds’ advantage.
