Arsenal full-back Hector Bellerin has dropped out of Spain's Under-21 squad to face Austria due to injury.
The defender felt some discomfort after Sunday's gruelling north London derby against Tottenham and will return to the capital to undergo treatment.
He has been replaced in the squad by Sunderland's Javier Manquillo, with La Roja looking to secure their spot in this summer's European Championships.
They face Austria in a two-legged play-off this week, with the first leg on Friday ahead of the return game on Tuesday.
Bellerin is not the first Arsenal player to suffer with injury during the international break, with Alexis Sanchez set to miss Chile's clash with Colombia with a calf injury.
And Gunners fans are set to be sweating on both players's fitness with matches against Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain on the horizon immediately after the break.
