AWCON 2016: Super Falcons Remain Top Despite Stalemate With Ghana

Nigeria and Ghana played out a 1-1 draw in their Group B fixture at the Africa Women's Nations Cup in Cameroon on Wednesday. 

Arsenal striker Asisat Oshoala scored her fifth goal of the competition to put Nigeria ahead in the 19th minute, before Elizabeth Addo levelled scores for the Black Queens two minutes before the break from the spot.

With the draw, the Falcons remain on top of the group on four points, the same as Ghana, but with a superior goals difference.
