David Luiz has been handed the No.30 shirt after completing his return to Chelsea from Paris Saint-Germain.
The Brazil international moved to Stamford Bridge on Wednesday's transfer deadline day for £38 million, only two years after leaving the Blues to join the French champions.
Luiz held the No.4 shirt in his first spell at Chelsea but was unable to reclaim the same jersey, with Cesc Fabregas the current incumbent.
Marcos Alonso also joined the Blues from Fiorentina on the same day and the left-back has selected the No.3 shirt.
The 25-year-old, formerly of Bolton Wanderers and Sunderland, secured a return to the Premier League after Chelsea agreed a £23m deal with the Italian club.
