Tottenham plan late raid for Newcastle's Sissoko

Newcastle's Moussa Sissoko has emerged as a late transfer target for Tottenham, according to The Standard.

The 27-year-old is available to leave the Championship club should a suitor match their £35 million asking price, though while Spurs are interested in the midfielder, they are reluctant to offer the full amount.

Inter and Juventus were interested in signing Sissoko following his impressive form for France at Euro 2016, though were put off by the player's price tag.
