The report claims that the Nerazzurri will accept the Blues' bid of €25 million for the 23-year-old, but the midfielder himself has reservations.
The Stamford Bridge side's wage offer does not match the player's expectations and he would earn more if he stayed in Italy due to Inter being prepared to offer the Croatian better terms.
