Paris Saint-Germain have contacted Robin van Persie about a potential move this summer, according to L’Equipe.
The report claims that the French club’s new sporting director Patrick Kluivert has spoken to the Dutchman to ask if he would be willing to join from Fenerbahce.
The former Arsenal and Manchester United striker is viewed as a viable back-up option for Edinson Cavani.
Earlier this summer, Fenerbahce admitted they would be open to offers for the 32-year-old, although the club have since insisted that they are not willing to sell.
