NFF Intensify Efforts To Secure Title Winning Duo To Play For Super Eagles

The Nigeria Football Federation have stepped up efforts to secure the allegiances of Moses Odubajo and Chuba Akpom according to reports.

The NFF recently got Arsenal youngster Alex Iwobi to commit his international future to Nigeria after being courted by England, and they have now taken steps to get the duo of Odubajo and Akpom to also feature for the Super Eagles.

The duo were part of the triumphant Hull City team that won the Championship playoffs and hence gained promotion to the premier league next season.
Odubajo, 22, currently plays for Hull City and has represented England at youth level, and played for the Junior Lions at the Toulon Tournament in France last year. He has been a revelation at right-back for Hull, helping them gain promotion to the Premier League.

Akpom is better known to the Nigerian fans, as he is a player with Arsenal, but spent the last season on loan at Hull City.

The 20-year old striker has also represented England at junior and youth levels, but remains eligible for the Super Eagles once the switch of allegiance is successful.
