Tottenham must pay £2.5m to get rid of Adebayor

Tottenham will have to pay £2.5m if they are to offload Emmanuel Adebayor. The striker still has a year left on his £100,000-a-week deal but clubs are unwilling to match his salary meaning Spurs may have to pay him off.
