Nigerian International Victor Moses has been plagued by injuries this
season in the English top flight which has raised questions on his
overall fitness.
The 24-year-old has been saved by the hassles of National team football
as the Super Eagles managers have preferred other players since after
the 2014 World Cup which leaves him with the space to find his best form
for his club Stoke City and stay fit.
But the on loan Chelsea player like a few times this season picked up
yet another injury yesterday while playing for the Potters in a Premier
League game against West Ham just two weeks after returning from another
injury. The father of two can take the advise of Napoli's Team doctor,
Professor Alfonso De Nicola who explains, "Avoiding sexual activity for
two days before a game is fundamental to prevent muscular strains,
contractions or inflammations." Moses has scored three goals for Stoke
City in 20 Premier League appearances this season.
