Robin van
Persie stepped up his match fitness in Manchester United's Under-21 development
game against Leicester on Monday night - and judging by pictures taken today,
the Dutchman has suffered no ill-effects.
Van Persie
has been absent from manager Louis van Gaal's first team selection since
February 21 - coincidentally the Red Devils' last league defeat prior to the
1-0 loss at Chelsea last Saturday.
But the
Holland international looked relaxed mood, taking a walk through Alderley Edge
with his wife Bouchra on Wednesday afternoon as the United squad were given the
afternoon off.
