Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs pull out of Depay race

Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham have pulled out of the race to sign PSV attacker Memphis Depay, with Manchester United and Liverpool the remaining candidates to lure the Netherlands winger to England.
