Barcelona goalkeeper Claudio Bravo has admitted that the Catalans are slowly starting to dream about winning the treble again this term.
The Camp Nou side sit atop La Liga, have reached the Copa del Rey
final and have one foot in the quarter-finals of the Champions League
after beating Manchester City 2-1 in the first leg of their round-of-16
tie.
Barcelona last won three major competitions in 2008-09 and Bravo is hopeful they can repeat that
feat in 2014-15.
"Yes, we are talking about winning the treble in the dressing room," Bravo was quoted as saying by El Mundo Deportivo.
"It's something the club has done before and it would be great if it happened again.
"But it's one thing to talk about it and something else to make it
happen. We are happy that we still have a shot at winning three
competitions, but we must take things one step at a time."
The shot-stopper then went on to discuss Real Madrid's recent
difficulties and admits the European champions' form reminds him of his
own side's struggles earlier this season.
"What happens at Madrid now also happened to us. Everything is going
well, then you have one bad week and everything appears to be wrong all
of a sudden," he added.
"These kinds of rapid changes are part of football. You go from highs
to lows, especially with teams that are among the best and where the
demands are always high. Any defeat leads to unrest."
