Liverpool must sell Balotelli in order to fund double deal

Liverpool must sell Mario Balotelli in January if they are to fund a swoop for Gonzalo Higuain and Sergio Romero. The Reds may also decide to sell Lucas with Napoli, Inter and Sampdoria interested.
