Finally Chelsea agree Cuadrado's deal

Chelsea have finally reached an agreement with Fiorentina for Juan Cuadrado and will pay £23 million for the Colombian. The Blues are now allowed to hold talks with the 26-year-old, while Mohamed Salah will be sold imminently.
