Arsenal make £15.6m Gundogan bid

Arsenal have lodged a £15.6 million bid for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Ilkay Gundogan. The German is out of contract in 2016 and BVB appear ready to cash in, with the two clubs set to hold further talks in the coming weeks.
