"When ball doesnt want to go in, it doesn't go in - we had lots of chances, but just lacked luck," the former Liverpool forward told Barca TV. "They took advantage of one chance they created and won.

"We want trophies because we are best team in world. Fans should keep believing in us - the players are the first ones who want to turn this around."

The 27-year-old said he felt far more comfortable in his second start for Barca than he did in his first as he continues to adapt to the team's style of play.

Suarez continued: "At the Bernabeu I was fine for the first 45 minutes, but then tiredness became a factor. I felt a bit lost when pressing and lacked communication with my team-mates. Against Celta, however, I felt more comfortable on the pitch."
