Real Madrid better with Ancelotti than Mourinho, says Capello

Thegoalmac can reveal that former Real Madrid Fabio Capello has claimed that Carlo Ancelotti is a far better coach for Real Madrid than previous boss Jose Mourinho because of he is a less divisive character with a more attractive footballing philosophy.

I think this shouldn't even be a debate, its obvious they are better with Ancelotti than with Mourinho. The La decima and their dressing room harmony is also a testament to it as well. Continue for what Mr Capello said and tell us if you agree with him or not?
Mourinho won La Liga and the Copa del Rey during his three-year stint in the Spanish capital but he departed in acrimonious circumstances, having fallen out with a number of star players including club captain Iker Casillas, while the Santiago Bernabeu faithful never fully warmed to the Portuguese's defensive, counterattacking tactics.

Ancelotti, meanwhile, led Madrid to Champions League glory in his first season at the helm, while his free-scoring side are currently in the midst of a sensational 11-game winning streak. Consequently, Capello believes that his fellow Italian is the ideal tactician to lead los Blancos.

"I think he is a long-term coach, the perfect coach for Real Madrid," the Russia boss is quoted as saying by MARCA. "His style is working well with a great club that expects great football.

"Carlo is part of the team. Before, the coach was against everyone because Mourinho liked to be the catalyst for everything."

Capello also praised Ancelotti for belatedly working out a way to integrate Isco into his starting line-up, with the attacking midfielder having initially struggled to make an impact following his arrival from Malaga.

"The system is now in place that positions him where he played at Malaga," the former Blancos boss mused. "He is now going forward with the ball at his feet. Carlo has found the perfect solution for Isco."

Despite his obvious admiration for the job that Ancelotti has done at Madrid this year, Capello believes that Diego Simeone would be just as worthy a recipient of Fifa's Coach of the Year award after leading Atletico Madrid to the Liga title, as well as the final of the Champions League.

"Simeone and Ancelotti both deserve the award," he stated. "Atletico were winning the Champions League final after 91 minutes! Simeone has done a great job."
