Manchester City told to pay £60m for Barkley

Thegoalmac understands that Manchester City have been told they will have to pay £60m to sign Everton's Ross Barkley. The England international signed a four-year deal recently but City remain keen on a deal. For me, 60 million is too much for Barkley, what do you think?
