I'd always vote Messi for Ballon d'Or, says Tata Martino

Thegoalmac can reveal that Argentina coach Gerardo Martino says he will always vote for Lionel Messi for the Ballon d’Or.
Definitely he will vote for him nah, so nobody will be surprised if he does. Continue for what Tata said.
“I will always vote for Messi for Golden Ball,” Martino said just days after Mesis hit two goals against Ajax to equal Raul's all-time Champions League goals tally.

“Messi will continue to break records. It is a pleasure to see Leo, an Argentine, as the top scorer in the Champions League.

The 27-year-old is said to have struggled to meet the spectacularly high standards he has set for himself, but has seven goals in 10 Liga matches and four in four in this season's Champions League.

Messi has been deployed slightly deeper by club coach Luis Enrique as Barca are adjusting to a new playing style but Martino believes the prolific No.10 will be back to his devastating best sooner rather than later, and that his latest record-breaking goals will relieve some of the pressure on him.

“He's certainly still thinking about finding best form again,” Martino continued.
“The two goals [against Ajax] and the record will be good for him mentally, but he will continue to insist on finding the level that was so high.”

Messi, who captained his country to the World Cup final earlier this year, will re-join Argentina next week for friendlies against Croatia and Portugal.
