This will surely be a relief for Man Utd as Thegoalmac can reveal that defender Marcos Rojo has played down concerns over a shoulder injury that saw him stretchered off during the Manchester derby.
The Red Devils are yet to learn the extent of the injury that saw the
Argentina international replaced by Paddy McNair in the second half
amidst fears he had dislocated his shoulder.
Manager Louis van Gaal admitted after the match he did not know how long the defender would be sidelined for but said he expected him to miss their next game against Crystal Palace.
However, Rojo has moved to ease fears over the injury by tweeting “thank you all for your messages. thank God it was nothing”.
