Van Gaal is always interested in his players Family life?

Thegoalmac can reveal that Netherlands defender Paul Verhaegh has hailed Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal's management style, stating he is a "great" boss, "relaxed and gentle",also always interested in his players family life.

That is simply fantastic of Mr Louis,i think he proved it with his recent help to Victor Valdes to train with Man Utd,continue for what Mr Paul said.
"I had some months with Louis van Gaal. He is a great manager, no doubt about that - just look at his success,” he told reporters.

"I had the luck to see him from another perspective. He is very polite, relaxed, gentle. He is not only interested in the footballer, but in the person itself and your family.

"He has a very strict plan on how he wants to work and what he expects from his players. He expects a lot, but if you bring it, you will have your chance. Just like me in Brazil. He rewarded me for my training performances."

Verhaegh, who plays his club football with Augsburg, says Van Gaal watches all members of his squad and is not afraid to give unfancied players an opportunity if they are working to his satisfaction.

He continued: "My chance came as unexpected and it shows that he watches everyone and gives chances to those who push the most for it. I improved thanks to him."

Van Gaal is currently preparing for his first Manchester derby since arriving in England, with a clash against Manuel Pellegrini’s City side coming up on Sunday.
