Messi,Neymar and Iniesta are the Stars of the Team,says Rakitic

Thegoalmac can reveal that Ivan Rakitic has stressed the importance of Barcelona trio Lionel Messi, Neymar and Andres Iniesta after the three combined to down Ajax on Tuesday night.

"These three players are unbelievable - they are so important for us," the midfielder told reporters.
"It was a good game, also the last 20 minutes it was okay. It's normal that they can get a goal back.

 "It was important that we got the third goal in the last minute. It was a good result because Ajax are a solid team.
"The work-rate of the team was quite decent and we have to do that for all the games like this. We hope that our upcoming games will be the same."

Edinson Cavani struck a late winner for PSG at APOEL to deny Barca top spot in Group F, although Rakitic insists he and his team-mates were unconcerned about events elsewhere, especially with the Ligue 1 champions facing a trip to Camp Nou in the final round-robin match.

"The most important thing is what we are doing," the Croatia international added. "We can't change what happens with Paris or the other teams.

"The vital thing was three points, a good game and now we have to prepare the next game."
