The
18-year-old - who impressed in the Uefa Youth League last term with 11
goals in 10 outings - netted once in his official first-team debut at
Camp Nou and caused problems for the visitng defence throughout a highly
accomplished performance.
Munir has received his fair share of
praise in the past few days and Bravo is confident the young forward has
a bright future ahead of him.
"I was not surprised by what he did against Elche the other day," the Barca goalkeeper said at a press conference.
"Munir has what it takes to go far in this game."
The
Chile international then went on to voice his admiration for Lionel
Messi in the wake of the Argentine attacker's two goals against Elche,
admitting he is relieved he no longer has to face him on the pitch.
"It's a completely different feeling to be on the same team as Messi. You just feel grateful that you're in the same team."
Messi
took his La Liga tally to 245 in 278 games at the weekend and needs
only six more to equal the legendary Telmo Zarra at 251 goals.
