Chelsea 1-2 Paris Saint-Germain (agg 2-4): Zlatan strikes to end Blues dream

Zlatan Ibrahimovic was in imperious form as he ended Chelsea's Champions League campaign, as the striker helped Paris Saint-Germain seal a 2-1 victory at Stamford Bridge which made it 4-2 on aggregate to the Ligue 1 side.

Faced with overturning a one-goal deficit from the opening leg, Guus Hiddink's men endured a dreadful start when Adrien Rabiot pushed home Zlatan's wonderfully measured cross after 16 minutes.

A fantastic individual effort by Diego Costa restored hope for the home support, but the striker subsequently limped off injured and the Swede killed off the Blues' hopes with a tap-in from Angel Di Maria's pass.
