Tottenham 0-1 Leicester City: Foxes strike late to sink Spurs

A late header from Robert Huth saw Leicester City stun Tottenham late on at White Hart Lane on Wednesday evening, with the 1-0 win moving them level on points with leaders Arsenal.

The two sides met just three days previously in the FA Cup, which produced a thrilling 2-2 draw, though found goals considerably harder to come by in the Premier League rematch - despite Jamie Vardy and Harry Kane both starting this time around.

The match came to life in the second period, with Vardy thwarted by an excellent rushing save from Hugo Lloris before Kane saw his goal-bound effort deflected onto the crossbar by Kasper Schmeichel.

Both sides continued to push for a winner, with Leicester almost netting during a frantic goalmouth scramble, and found their winner minutes later as an unmarked Huth was given all the time in the world to convert Christian Fuch's corner.
