Espanyol 0-2 Barcelona (agg. 1-6): Munir double sends visitors into Copa quarters

A rotated Barcelona squad strolled into the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey, downing Espanyol 2-0 in Cornella to record a 6-1 aggregate victory over the two legs. 

With Luis Suarez suspended following a tunnel fracas and Neymar left on the bench, Lionel Messi was the only MSN member to start the derby. 

But the Ballon d'Or winner was his usual inspirational self, and proved the difference in a rather less eventful clash by setting up Munir El-Haddadi for the game's opener.

And the Masia graduate was on hand in the dying minutes to finish off a wonderful team move and double Barca's advantage, as he swept home Aleix Vidal's cross.
