Atletico Madrid 3-0 Rayo Vallecano (agg 4-1): Griezmann at the double as Simeone’s men progress

Atletico Madrid booked their place in the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey with a 3-0 win over Rayo Vallecano at the Vicente Calderon securing a 4-1 aggregate victory.

Angel Correa opened the scoring for the hosts, five minutes before the break, smashing a shot past Yoel after good work Yannick Carrasco. 

Antoine Griezmann then added a second with just 10 minutes left on the clock, the France international beating Yoel with an overhead flick from close range before grabbing his second of the night in stoppage time.
