Newcastle 0-3 Leicester City: Vardy equals Van Nistelrooy mark in Foxes win

Jamie Vardy pulled level with Ruud Van Nistelrooy as the player who has scored in most consecutive Premier League games, as Leicester City continued their fine season with a 3-0 win over Newcastle United. 

The striker netted in the dying minutes of first-half injury time to fire the Foxes ahead, marking his 10th straight match with a goal. 

Newcastle were always second-best to Claudio Ranieri's men, and Leonardo Ulloa and Shinji Okazaki struck after the break to put the game beyond doubt.
