New Real Madrid signing Danilo says that moving to the Santiago Bernabeu is the fulfilment of a childhood dream.
The Brazilian's arrival at the club was confirmed halfway through last season, after three impressive years at Porto.
Ahead of his official unveiling as a Madrid player, the 23-year-old has spoken of his delight at the move and has thanked those who made it possible.
"I would like to thank God for making me good at football," Danilo said.
"Thanks to everyone who did everything to make this day happen. Thanks to the fans for their messages and their love.
"This is a childhood dream. It's certainly one of the best days of my life.
"I'm going to leave everything on the pitch because I only play to win. Thank you, everyone!"
Madrid paid €31.5 million for Danilo, who has penned a six-year contract with the Liga side.
