Liverpool keen to seal Barca goalkeeper Ter Stegen deal

Liverpool are keen to sign Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen before the close of the transfer window. The Reds want to make him the club's No.1 and are willing to do a €22.5m permanent deal or take him on loan.
